With our recent release of team commenting, we made it easier to collaborate with anyone. Now, we’re giving anonymous users the ability to get even more involved.

Thanks to this update, your collaborators can request Wistia access—right where they leave their comments. This means you can bring all your teammates into the loop more easily. 

Here’s how it works: 

When a stakeholder is leaving comments, they’ll spot a “Request Access” button. Once they click, they’ll see a friendly form to submit. Then, account owners and managers can approve the request (either by giving access to specific folders or through the “Users & Permissions” page).

We hope this update lightens the load on account admin and lets your teammates get more involved in all things video
