Attendee-level data integration for Live events

We’re excited to announce a new way to elevate your marketing efforts: attendee-level data integration for Live events! This update enables event hosts to sync detailed attendee insights—such as individual engagement levels and interaction metrics—directly to their connected marketing automation platforms (MAPs) like HubSpot, Marketo Engage, and Pardot when they use a Wistia form for registration.
By opting into the ‘For Live Events’ integration, you’ll unlock access to more granular data, empowering your team to deliver personalized follow-ups, nurture leads effectively, and drive conversions like never before.
How to Get Started:
Go to your MAP integrations page in Wistia.
Select the ‘For Live Events’ option to enable attendee-level data sync.
Use a Wistia form for event registration.
Custom properties will automatically appear in your MAP for your attendees, ready to use in workflows and automations.
👉 Note: This release focuses on data integration—attendee-level data is not yet available in the Wistia UI.
