Now you can ask anyone to record or upload a video to your Wistia account with a simple, shareable link. Even better? They don’t need to be users, which keeps your account secure, but allows you to streamline how you grow your content library. 

It’s easy to get started

1. Click the + button at the top of any page (or “New” in the Content Library).

2. Select Request Video.

3. Customize your request. You can name it, add written or video instructions (e.g., "Keep videos under 90 seconds" or "Submit by Friday”), and choose a folder.

4. Set your controls, like limit submissions per link, max recording time, or even add a custom disclaimer.

5. Share your link! Email it directly to recipients or copy the link to share anywhere (social media, email campaigns—you name it!).
