This summer Google introduced a new way to enable key moments on videos. Instead of having to define each Key Moment manually, Google can index the video for Key Moments automatically via a query param that links directly to a timestamp in a video. Wistia supports linking to a specific time in a video via the
wtime query param, so we’ve updated our JSON-LD to allow for Google to look for Key Moments when indexing your video.
In cases where a video has Chapters enabled, we will still define Key Moments manually using the timestamps of the Chapters.
